So the pictures rockstar released of the undead hunter outfit clearly shows a very "alive" marston, but everyone else says you can only get it after completing the game. Yes, i have killed the chupapuppy, and the only horse of apoco i dont have is death. of coarse we know you have to beat the game to get it, but that still means your a zombie. Is it possible to unlock both the "undead hunter" and the "legend of the apocolipse" outfits while still the living john marston??

From your attempted response, you do not need to complete the game in order to get the horse Death. It can be found in random locations across the map just like the other 3 legendary horses (although the others have some limited areas).

I think you may be confusing outfits and/or requirements. From our RDR outfit guide:

"Undead Hunter outfit

• Complete the "Birth of the Conservation Movement" Survivor Mission.
• Complete the "Filth and Light Entertainment" Survivor Mission.
• Complete the "Missing Souls" Survivor Mission.
• Bring one "Missing Person" to El Presidio alive. - They are set up like bounties from the original game.
• Find and break the mythical unicorn. - You have to first find and kill the legendary Chupacabra in order for the unicorn to appear.

"Legend of the Apocalypse outfit

• Complete all of the Undead Nightmare Ambient Challenges. There are 5 levels to each challenge.

Neither requires you to complete the game and both outfits actually have different names after you complete Undead Nightmare.
