American Fathers - I

A local Native tribe is being thrown off their land yet again by the US Government. They seek Arthur's help getting proof that it's because of oil beneath the surface.

Rewards: None

This land is our land

Arthur finds Evelyn Miller knocking on doors at a large building. Two Natives are next to him waiting. Evelyn reintroduces himself and says the Mayor thinks Arthur robbed him but not in an upsetting way since he liked him. He wonders if Arthur is good at taking things. Cutting to the chase, he introduces the Natives: Chief Rains Fall and his son Eagle Flies.

Rains Fall saw Arthur crossing Cumberland Falls and at the Mayor's party. He goes on to tell Arthur his people have been continuously moved around against the peace treaties they had signed. Eagle Flies says it will lead to war but his father says they are too weak to fight another one. Evelyn believes they are being evicted this time because of oil. There should be reports from prospectors filed between Cornwall and the US Government.

Arthur sees where this is going and says he can't help - until Rains Fall mentions payment. Eagle Flies thinks people like Arthur are all the same but Arthur explains that they aren't so different themselves. Arthur will meet Eagle Flies near Citadel Rock in a few days. Evelyn and the Natives begin to head to a Senator's office but the doors behind them finally open. An unspecified council will see them now, even though they've been waiting for a while. Arthur walks off.
