I actually had a similar idea. I was thinking of calling it "Red Dead Revelation". In the game, the Tutorial is Jack in WWI (similar to Mafia II's tutorial in WWII). Later, he comes home, and finds that the man that Edgar Ross was working for is still around in Mexico or something...So beginning the game...
