About iRedDead.com

iRedDead.com is one of the biggest and longest running Red Dead fan sites on the net. We're officially recognised by the Rockstar Games web ring and we've been providing rumors, news and guides to the Red Dead community since 2010.

iRedDead.com is an independent publication dedicated primarily to Red Dead Revolver and Red Dead Redemption.

Launched in 2010, the site covers the latest Red Dead news, official announcements, trailers, screenshots, characters, locations, gameplay information, music and other developments surrounding the game.

Alongside breaking news, iRedDead publishes original research, analysis and detailed reference content intended to document the Red Dead games before and after their release.

Our coverage

iRedDead covers information from Rockstar Games and Take-Two Interactive as well as interviews, financial reports, public records, platform stores and other relevant sources.

We also investigate publicly accessible websites, documents and databases to uncover information that may not yet have received wider coverage.

When reporting information discovered by another publication, journalist or member of the Red Dead community, we aim to identify and credit the original source.

Rumours, reports and speculation are clearly distinguished from information officially confirmed by Rockstar Games or Take-Two Interactive.

Who runs iRedDead?

iRedDead.com was founded by Simon 'Psy' Elliott, a web developer and long-time Grand Theft Auto and Rockstar Games fan who has been creating and contributing to GTA websites since the early 2000s.

Simon previously worked as a Web Developer at Rockstar North between 2012 and 2014, primarily working on the Rockstar Games Social Club website during the development and launch of Grand Theft Auto V.

iRedDead is recognised by Rockstar Games as a Red Dead community website and may occasionally receive press materials, news, announcements or other communications directly from Rockstar Games. Receiving information or materials directly from Rockstar does not give Rockstar editorial control over iRedDead or determine how we cover the company or its games.

More About Us

iRedDead.com is a fansite for Rockstar Game's world famous Red Dead series. Our website was initially launched in 2010 to cover Red Dead Redemption following a sneak preview that we received in New York City before the game was launched, but has grown to cover all other games in the series, including the Undead Nightmare expansion and Red Dead Redemption 2, with it's Red Dead Online component.

In July 2025 the website was redeveloped and merged into the iGrandTheftAuto system, helping to bring the network websites closer together with shared content, images and features.

Stay tuned to iRedDead.com for everything Red Dead!
