If you have the PS3 version of Red Dead Redemption then you can join us on Monday, July 12th @ 6:00 pm (EST) 11:00 pm (GMT) for an hour of online goodness. Sign up on the forums and post in the "Multiplayer Event #1" thread to ensure your spot in the matches. We plan on playing a few competitive matches, followed by some freeroaming to finish out the rest of the hour. Other members of the event may stick around after the hour is up so, feel free to participate afterward if you'd like to.

MATCHES SCHEDULED

1ST MATCH

SHOOTOUT - MacFarlene's Ranch
This will be an old fashioned deathmatch to start things off. Grab your guns and proceed to DUCK AND COVER!! I am not sure if I can set the times for these or not but, I am assuming the match will last 10 minutes.

2ND MATCH

GOLD RUSH - Pacific Union Railroad Camp
Gold Rush is a "Capture The Flag" type event where you must grab the gold and return it to a specific location to score. The person with the most points at the end of the round wins. This is a free for all event too so, it's every man for himself!

3RD MATCH

HOLD YOUR OWN - ???
The location for this event has not been determined because, none of us have played this mode before. So, I'll fire it up and we'll see what options we do have. This is kind of like a "Turf War" match. Two teams each have their own territory to defend. You will have the option of either defending or attacking the opposition. Who does what can be determined once the teams are chosen.

IN CLOSING

This is the first RDR event for this website so, please make sure you clear some time in your busy (or not) schedule for an hour of fun with your online buddies. We hope to host this event every other Monday, and change up the games and locations we play. And each event will be followed up with some freeroam shenanigans until everyone finally leaves.
