Showdown Levels

Published by Psy

Showdown Levels

Much like characters, you'll unlock new levels for the Showdown multiplayer mode as you play through single player. Discover how to unlock each one here.

Showdown mode is Red Dead Revolver's multiplayer deathmatch-style game mode. It's available from the second you start the game, however you'll only start off with two levels to choose from. As you play through the story and complete challenges, such as completing levels, earning "Excellent" ratings or beat levels in Bounty Hunter mode - or purchase unique items from shops throughout the game - you'll gradually unlock new levels to play.

Showdown Levels In Red Dead Revolver

Here is the full list of all 13 Showdown Levels you can play in Red Dead Revolver, ordered by their position in the game's Showdown level selector.

Most of the levels can be unlocked in 2 ways - either by completing an objective, or by purchasing a specific item. Generally the items tied to Showdown Characters and Levels are the most expensive things you'll purchase in the game, so completing the objectives allows you to unlock them for free, albeit in challenging circumstances.

Info
  • 2 levels, "Twin Rocks" and "Desert Fortress" are unlocked by default at the start of the game, leaving 11 to unlock through gameplay.
  • Acquiring all of the Showdown Levels by purchasing their items will cost a total of $6,000!
  • There are 2 levels which can't be unlocked and must be purchased. They'll cost $2,000 in total.
  • 5 levels are unlocked automatically by completing chapters in Story mode.
  • 2 levels can be unlocked by completing chapters with an Excellent Rating.
  • 2 levels can be unlocked by completing chapters in Bounty Hunter mode.
  • There is an additional level exclusive to the Xbox version of the game called "The Coliseum" which is apparently unlocked by purchasing the "Trophy", however we have no further information on this.
